Can someone please make an app that highlights terrible neighbors? If you're moving into your dream home just to find out Newman from Seinfeld is plotting your downfall one door over would be a nightmare. Any home is as good as its neighbors. Sadly, our favorite TV characters learned the hard way.

Homer Simpson isn't the brightest berry in the bunch, but having to live next to always "happy go lucky" Ned Flanders would be the greatest test of our sanity. Don't even get me started on dealing with Steve Urkel on a day to day basis.
