2. Entry Period: The “2017 BET Awards Viewing Party Sweepstakes”” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 9:00:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 24, 2017 and ends at 8:59:59 AM (PDT) on June 25, 2017 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 8:59:59 AM (PDT) on June 25, 2017.
3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Los Angeles Metro Area (i.e. the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego)(collectively, the “Eligibility Area”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry and who are in attendance at the 2017 BET Experience in Los Angeles during any of the scheduled hours of operation of the event between the dates of June 24-25, 2017. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Viacom Media Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (“Sponsor”), Cashmere Agency (“Cashmere” or “Fulfillment Agency”)Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”),) and each of their respective parent, affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively, with Sponsor, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse or redemption of the Prize (including any travel or activity -related thereto); and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
4. To Enter: An Instagram account is required to enter. If you do not have an Instagram account, visit http://www.instagram.com and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up for a free account. During the Entry Period, you must follow @VH1 on Instagram and follow the instructions in any call to action (e.g., reply or comment) provided in the Instagram message from @VH1 that indicates there is a chance to enter to win the Prize(s) or as messaged on-site at the BET Experience event (the “Call to Action Messaging”). The Call to Action Messaging for this Sweepstakes will typically ask entrant to take a photo of himself/herself along with the Martha and Snoop promotional “standee” (located at the Martha & Snoop Potluck Pop-Up Space at the 2017 BET Experience Event ) and post it via Instagram along with the hashtags #MarthaAndSnoop” and #Sweepstakes (the “Required Hashtags”) to count as one (1) “Entry”. Entries must be submitted during the Entry Period in accordance with the above specifications to be considered valid.ne By submitting your Entry you hereby agree to these Official Rules and to abide by and be bound by Instagram’s Terms of Use, which can be found at https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511/; if you do not agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use, do not enter the Sweepstakes. All personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.vh1.com/legal/privacy. You may enter as many times as you like but limit one (1) prize per person permitted. At the end of each of the Entry Periods Sponsor or the Fulfillment Agency will select, contact and verify the two (2) winners (each a “Winner”). You are required to follow the @VH1 Instagram account so you can see the Winners’ announcements to see if you’ve won (pending verification) in addition to the winner notification described in Section 5 below. Please note that if you do not respond the winner notification described in Section 5, you will be disqualified and another Winner may be selected.
In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized subscriber of the Instagram account used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an Instagram account by Instagram. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Creating multiple Instagram Accounts in order to exceed the limits on Entries permitted by these Official Rules may result in the disqualification of all Entries from such accounts. All Entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Entries.”

With respect to his/her Entry, entrant agrees: (a) that he/she has all rights to the contents of the Entry and all components thereof, and that entrant has obtained all rights, consents and permission necessary to grant the rights granted herein; (b) that the Entry does not and will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (c) that the Entry is free and clear of any liens or claims with respect to the use of the Entry in the manner authorized herein and will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity or claims, or infringe on any rights or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims for any payment whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for re-use fees or residuals; and (d) that the Entry is not and will not be defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene.
Entrant shall retain all copyright in and to his/her Entry; provided, however that entrant agrees that by entering into this Sweepstakes he/she is granting Sponsor (and any and all of Sponsor subsidiaries and affiliates and affiliated broadcast stations and networks, successors and assignees and licensees) the non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable right and license, but not the obligation, to exhibit, broadcast, copy, reproduce, encode, compress, encrypt, incorporate data into, edit, dub, superimpose, rebroadcast, transmit, record, publicly perform and distribute and synchronize in timed relation to visual elements, the Entry and/or any portions or excerpts thereof, in any manner, an unlimited number of times, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised for any purpose, throughout the world in perpetuity. Sponsor may use the Entries to advertise, promote and publicize the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, Sponsor’s worldwide programming services, and/or Sponsor’s web sites in all media throughout the universe and may authorize others to do so; such advertising, promotion and publicity may include portions and excerpts, in addition to cut-in, synchronized, dubbed and superimposed versions of the Entries. The undersigned acknowledges that Sponsor may use the Entries in accordance with the permission granted herein without any payment to the undersigned or any third party.
Entrants agree that Entries shall not contain, include or involve any of the following:
Gratuitous obscenity
Crude, vulgar or offensive pictures, depictions, images, language and/or symbols
Gang signs or symbols
Excessive, extreme or gratuitous violence
Glamorization of illegal drug or alcohol use
Commercial products (e.g., clothing, toys, food) and/or their trademarks, brands, logos or endorsements
Unauthorized trademarks and copyrighted material (e.g., music, etc.)
License plates, phone numbers, personal addresses – physical or email or otherwise
Web site or web page links
Derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), any assault or threatening of others
Trespassing or the violation of other people’s rights or property
Illegal (e.g., discriminatory, harassing) or inappropriate activity, behavior or conduct (e.g., inflicting emotional distress)
Conduct or activities in violation of these Official Rules
Any other content, display, materials and/or images that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion
Language and themes contained in Entries will be evaluated by Sponsor based on content and societal acceptability.
Sponsor is not obligated to, use, publish, display or broadcast any Entries submitted with an Entry. Each entrant acknowledges that Sponsor will rely on such entrant’s agreement and compliance with these Official Rules when Entrant submits or attempts to submit the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate any of the policies of Sponsor “Standards and Practices Guidelines” or the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify or edit any materials related to a Sweepstakes Entry or request Entrants to do so, so that such materials meet such guidelines.
5. Winner Selection/Notification: Two (2) winners (the “Winner(s)”) will be selected at random from among all Eligible Entries received. As time is of the essence in awarding the Prizes. As such, the Instagram handles of the potential Winners, will be forwarded to the Fulfillment Agency for verification as “Potential Winners” of a Prize. Potential Winners will be contacted by Fulfillment Agency from Fulfillment Agency’s Instagram account within approximately one (1) hour following the conclusion of the Entry Period with instructions about how to claim a Prize. Potential Winners should ensure that their Instagram accounts are set to public in order to receive notifications from @VH1 or alternatively, potential Winners must authorize @VH1 to send direct messages to their Instagram accounts. Potential Winners will be required to return all required documents to Sponsor/Fulfillment Agency in Sponsor’s/Fulfillment Agency’s indicated timeframe or a Potential Winner’s Prize will be forfeited. No Prizes will be released until a Potential Winner’s verification documents have been completed and returned to Sponsor. Sponsor will make up to one (1) attempt over the one (1) hour period following the Potential Winners’ selection to contact Potential Winners via direct message to the Instagram account used to submit the winning entry. If a potential Winner cannot be reached directly during the one (1) hour period in which Sponsor attempts to make contact, such Potential Winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received.
The final determination of the Winners shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Entry Period or not select a Winner if Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that entries received did not meet the minimum requirements specified herein. Sponsor reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winners in its sole discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor disclaims any liability from, and entrant, whether or not selected as a Winner, agrees to waive, any claims against Sponsor relating to the selection awarding process. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Winner in the event that a potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules.
6. Winner Verification: A potential Winner must provide proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction of his/her eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, and residence within one (1) hour of being notified as a Potential Winner. In the event of non-compliance by a potential Winner, such potential Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as a Winner shall be terminated and an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all of the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received in Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Winner must sign within no later than one (1) hour of receipt of such documents from Sponsor: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, which among other things, release Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Sweepstakes or the use/misuse or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Prize; and (b) except where prohibited by law, a promotional release, which among other things, grants Sponsor the right to use Winner’s name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Winner also must acknowledge that Sponsor have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prize awarded and that Winner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any applicable insurance relating to the Prize. Each Winner must also complete any additional legal documents provided by Sponsors (or third party on its behalf, if applicable) with respect to the Prize awarded and return them as instructed within the timeframe specified by Sponsor or Winner may forfeit the Prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winners for creative or technical reasons or for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary.
7. Prizes (2): Each Winner will receive one (1) pair of VIP tickets to the 2017 BET Awards Viewing Party event which is currently scheduled to take place on Sunday June 25, 2017 between 3-8:30P (PDT) in Los Angeles, California ( the “Prize(s)”). Prizes will be redeemable between the hours of 11:00 AM (PDT) and 3:00 PM (PDT) at the Martha and Snoop Pop Up Potluck area of the 2017 BET Experience Event on June 25, 2017.
Sponsor is not responsible if Winner is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize. There is no retail value associated with the Prize. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. All details related to the Prizes not specified herein shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If for any reason the 2017 BET Awards viewing party event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its discretion. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Prizes or any portion thereof is permitted, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value may be awarded. All costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the Prize, including, without limitation, transportation to/from the viewing party event location, lodging, meals, beverages and any incidental travel and other costs incurred in connection with the Prize are solely Winner’s responsibility.
The total approximate retail value of all Prizes to be awarded for this Sweepstakes is $0.00.
8. General Prize Terms: If a Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected at random from the remaining Eligible Entries received. All details related to the Prizes not specifically listed above shall be solely determined by Sponsor. The value of the Prizes may be taxable to a Winner as income. Winners may be requested to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of each Winner for the actual value of the prize(s) received. Upon entry into the Sweepstakes, Winners (as well as all other entrants) are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winners’ responsibility. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Winners or any potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize as described herein. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Prize or any portion thereof permitted, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value may be awarded.
9. General Terms: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY A WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER OR THE RELEASED PARTIES INTO DISREPUTE (IN SPONSORS’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. Please note on the front left-hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the names of the “Winners”. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.

With respect to his/her Entry, entrant agrees: (a) that he/she has all rights to the contents of the Entry and all components thereof, and that entrant has obtained all rights, consents and permission necessary to grant the rights granted herein; (b) that the Entry does not and will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (c) that the Entry is free and clear of any liens or claims with respect to the use of the Entry in the manner authorized herein and will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity or claims, or infringe on any rights or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims for any payment whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for re-use fees or residuals; and (d) that the Entry is not and will not be defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene.
Entrant shall retain all copyright in and to his/her Entry; provided, however that entrant agrees that by entering into this Sweepstakes he/she is granting Sponsor (and any and all of Sponsor’s subsidiaries and affiliates and affiliated broadcast stations and networks, successors and assignees and licensees) the non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable right and license, but not the obligation, to exhibit, broadcast, copy, reproduce, encode, compress, encrypt, incorporate data into, edit, dub, superimpose, rebroadcast, transmit, record, publicly perform and distribute and synchronize in timed relation to visual elements, the Entry and/or any portions or excerpts thereof, in any manner, an unlimited number of times, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised for any purpose, throughout the world in perpetuity. Sponsor may use the Entries to advertise, promote and publicize, the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, Sponsor’s worldwide programming services, the Entry Site and/or the Sponsor web sites in all media throughout the universe and may authorize others to do so; such advertising, promotion and publicity may include portions and excerpts, in addition to cut-in, synchronized, dubbed and superimposed versions of the Entries. The undersigned acknowledges that Sponsor may use the Entries in accordance with the permission granted herein without any payment to the undersigned or any third party.
Entrants agree that Entries shall not contain, include or involve any of the following:
Gratuitous obscenity
Crude, vulgar or offensive pictures, depictions, images, language and/or symbols
Gang signs or symbols
Excessive, extreme or gratuitous violence
Glamorization of illegal drug or alcohol use
Commercial products (e.g., clothing, toys, food) and/or their trademarks, brands, logos or endorsements
Unauthorized trademarks and copyrighted material (e.g., music, etc.)
License plates, phone numbers, personal addresses – physical or email or otherwise
Web site or web page links
Derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), any assault or threatening of others
Trespass or the violation of other people’s rights or property
Illegal (e.g., discriminatory, harassing) or inappropriate activity, behavior or conduct (e.g., inflicting emotional distress)
Conduct or activities in violation of these Official Rules
Any other content, display, materials and/or images that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
Language and themes contained in Entries will be evaluated by Sponsor based on content and societal acceptability.
Sponsor is not obligated to, use, publish, display or broadcast any Entries submitted with an Entry. Each entrant acknowledges that Sponsor will rely on such entrant’s agreement and compliance with these Official Rules when entrant submits or attempts to submit the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate any of the policies of Sponsor’s “Standards and Practices Guidelines” at http://www.vh1.com/legal/terms#ten or the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify or edit any materials related to a Sweepstakes Entry or request Entrants to do so, so that such materials meet such guidelines.
5. Winner Selection/Notification: Within approximately three (3) hours of the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select the one (1) winner from among all Eligible Entries received. The potential will be notified at or around 1:00 PM (PDT) on Friday, June 23, 2017 by Sponsor (or Fulfillment Agency) who will make up to one (1) attempt to contact the potential Winner via the Facebook account used to submit his/her entry. Time is of the essence in awarding the Prize. As such, if a potential Winner cannot be reached during the time in which Sponsor attempts to make contact, such potential Winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received.
The final determination of the Winner shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor disclaims any liability from, and entrant, whether or not selected as the Winner, agrees to waive, any claims against Sponsor relating to the winner selection awarding process. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Winner in the event that a potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules.
6. Winner Verification: The potential Winner must provide proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction of his/her eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, and residence by 7:00 PM (PDT) on Friday, June 23, 2017 (the “Verification Deadline”). In the event of non-compliance by a potential Winner , such potential Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as the Winner shall be terminated and an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all of the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received in Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. Winner (and his/her parent/legal guardian if Winner is an eligible minor) must sign (by no later than the Verification Deadline)the following documents from Sponsor: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, which among other things, release Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Sweepstakes or the use/misuse or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Prize; and (b) except where prohibited by law, a promotional release, which among other things, grants Sponsor the right to use Winner’s name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. In the event of non-compliance with this time period or with these Official Rules by a potential Winner, or in the event that prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as the Winner shall be terminated and an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all of the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Winner (and his/her parent/legal guardian if Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor), also must acknowledge that Sponsor have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prize awarded and that Winner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any applicable insurance relating to the Prize. Winner (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must also complete any additional legal documents provided by Sponsor (or third party on its behalf, if applicable) with respect to the Prize awarded and return them as instructed within the timeframe specified by Sponsor or Winner may forfeit the Prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winner for creative or technical reasons or for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary.
7. Prize (1): The one (1) Winner will receive one (1) pair of tickets to the 2017 BET Experience Celebrity Basketball Game which is currently scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 24, 2017 in Los Angeles, California ( the “Prize(s)”).
Sponsor is not responsible if Winner is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $60..00, however, the ARV is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. The Prize is not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. All details related to the Prize not specified herein shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If for any reason the 2017 BET Experience Celebrity Basketball Game event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its discretion. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Prize or any portion thereof is permitted, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value may be awarded. All costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the Prize, including, without limitation, transportation to/from the prize event location, lodging, meals, beverages and any incidental travel and other costs incurred in connection with the Prize are solely Winner’s responsibility.
The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded for this Sweepstakes is $60.00. Arrangements for fulfillment of the Prizes will be made by Sponsor and/or Fulfillment Agency on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 12:00 PM (PDT).
8. General Prize Terms: If a Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected at random from the remaining Eligible Entries received. All details related to the Prizes not specifically listed above shall be solely determined by Sponsor. The value of the Prizes may be taxable to a Winner as income. Winners may be requested to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of each Winner for the actual value of the prize(s) received. Upon entry into the Sweepstakes, Winners (as well as all other entrants) are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Winner or any potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize as described herein. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Prize or any portion thereof permitted, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value may be awarded.
9. General Terms: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY THE WINNER THAT WILL BRING WINNER OR SPONSOR INTO DISREPUTE (IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. Sponsor is are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, cellular tower, computer online systems, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless service provider, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical, printing, human or other error in the printing of any Sweepstakes-related materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or in the announcement of the Prize and the Winner. Scimia 1515 Broadway, 24 FL, New York, NY 10036. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of the Winner must be made by August 23, 2017. Please note on the front left-hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Winner”. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
