We listened to Ryan to say that he was tired of being walked all over by everyone in the shop all last season of Black Ink Crew: Chicago. While the sentiment has carried over to the new season, now he’s forreal about it and is not playing games. How real is he? Real enough to get the locks changed to the shop in this sneak peek for next week’s episode.
No longer operating the shop like a lawless land, Ryan decides to call a locksmith to change the locks. After his chip-throwing-punch-swinging-altercation at the party with Van, Ryan has decided to revoke the privilege of everyone having key to the shop and having access whenever they so well please. Junior isn’t mad at Ryan’s decision and supports it because at the end of the day it’s Ryan’s business and he can do what he pleases. Charmaine feels differently and has barely walked in the door before she expresses her frustration. But in a plot twist, she bites her tongue so she doesn’t rock the boat too much since Ryan has been firing and hiring people with a swiftness these days.
