Bet Y'all Didn't Know Tia Mowry and Charlize Theron Had Beef Over...SoulCycle?

But aren't endorphins supposed to make you happy?

This morning's breakfast comes with a side of celebrity beef. And while celebrity feuds can range from tame to downright weird, there is one man who we can trust to get to the bottom of it, and that's Andy Cohen. While promoting her new movie Atomic Blonde, Charlize Theron stopped by Watch What Happens Live to play a round of Andy's infamous Plead the Fifth.

Cohen brought up the 2014 feud with Tia Mowry, which happened because of...SoulCycle?

It all began when Mowry allegedly told InTouch that when she approached Theron at SoulCycle, "She wasn't very nice to me. I said, 'Hi,' and she actually rolled her eyes and said, 'Oh my God.'"

Ouch. To be fair, SoulCycle can leave a lot of us feeling like this:

So maybe Theron was just saying, "Oh my God! Tia, please leave me to die."

But that's just speculation. Either way, the whole feud begin to spiral (as most do) with rumors flying that Charlize was trying to get Tia banned from Soul Cycle.

An insider at SoulCycle said, "Charlize came in so pissed off after Tia went to the tabloids about her, and she demanded we bar Tia from ever coming back. When the manager refused Charlize just got angrier and said she’d go to the top to make it happen.” The horror!

The plot thickened when Tia told E! News that the story got "blown out of proportion." She even said that Charlize is her #WomanCrushWednesday.

Here's what Theron said when Cohen asked about the feud.

Charlize insists that she's "almost too friendly" at SoulCycle and that she's "not an eye roller," but "would be like, 'F-ck off." So is the beef squashed? Did Tia ever get to cycle for her soul again?

Our advice?
