Justin Bieber Cancelled His Tour and People Are Convinced It's Because He's Tryna Get Right With Jesus

But if he does start a church, we'd probs join. Just sayin'.

The rumor mill has been churning ever since Justin Bieber abruptly cancelled his Purpose tour due to "unforeseen circumstances."

Here's the full statement that was given to fans on Justin's Facebook:

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose World Tour concerts. Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase."

Justin has insisted that he cancelled the tour because he needed some rest after two years on the road, but it would seem that people need a better explanation. Although, if we were on the road touring and working non-stop for the past two years, you'd find us hard pressed to keep our brunch plans, let alone get up on stage a perform in front of shrieking fans. Being exhausted seems pretty legit.

Even John Mayer agrees:

But soon there were reports from multiple sources close to the Biebs that stated that he cancelled his tour because he "rededicated his life to Christ." Fair enough if Justin is trying to find himself after years on the road, but Bieber denies this is the case. He gave TMZ a flat-out "No" when asked if cancelled his tour because of religious reasons.

Regardless, it looks like Justin has the support of his fans. What I'm saying is, Beliebers are ready to put their faith in Justin.

Saint Justin or not, we're glad to see Bieber taking care of himself.
