You’re going to have to do a lot more than to just throw a bowl of Rold Gold at southern belle Brooke Valentine if you want to get a rise out of her. Bridget tried it.
In this week’s Check Yourself for Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, Donatella’s accent is grabbing all of the attention. Masika is super hyped that she is finally getting her shine on stage, Hazel-E free. Although Yesi Ortiz announced it was ladies night, some of the commentary wasn’t very empowering. Zell says that the reason Hazel didn’t show up is because she is still getting her wig replaced while attempting to get Masika’s acrylics out of her forehead. Bestie Moniece is impressed with Maiska’s one-arm dance move however Zell feels his former friend still can’t do it even though she’s singing about it. Brooke’s sashaying bosoms let Moniece know what time it is with Bridget Kelly. She may be Grammy-Award winning but A1 and Marcus don’t recognize her accomplishments or that pretzel toss. Salty pretzels aside, Solo, A1, Marcus, and even Moniece are really digging the way Brooke brushed that situation off while keeping it classy. Bridget wasn’t about to throw hands, yet, so she needs security to calm down.
While Masika feels Brooke is taking us to church in her performance, the haterade is oozing from Zell and Bridget. Miss Kelly has the vocals but not enough for the flowers from Booby who by the way, Solo is looking at like a stand-up guy. The Catalina trip was confusing and secretive and Marcus still can’t help but laugh. The ladies just need the Gibbs to keep it 100 with the women in his life. Brooke is still trying to start her life started with Marcus but he cannot get past these flowers. “[Brooke] kissed [Booby] and quit it” and now here we are. As they are all trying to figure that situation out, Masika is just ready for her next performance.
Don’t miss part two of the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood reunion, next Monday at 8/7c!
