8 Things You Definitely Didn’t Know About Rasheeda

She could have been an Olympic gymnast?

If you thought you knew everything there is to know about Rasheeda Frost, try again. The woman is more than just Kirk’s wife and the proprietor of a fashion business. In fact, she has way more music cred than you might think, and she probably could have given Mimi a lesson on how to handle a shower rod, because she spend some quality time on the uneven bars training to be an Olympic gymnast. Who knew??

And yes, D-Lo is Kirk’s label, and Rasheeda is still signed to it, 18 years later. Da Kaperz was his first group.

  3. Rasheeda and her song “My Bubblegum” were name-checked in the K-Camp feat. 2 Chainz song “Cut Her Off.”
