While Jojo loves being a celebrity stylist, her parents do not. Jojo's parents had different expectations for their daughter, but she decided to follow her dream and to tell her story on the first season of Love & Hip Hop Miami. Sure, having the world see your family call you a disgrace is "intimidating", but for Jojo it was important to show people that there are more career options than people realize within the entertainment industry.
