Sierra and Shooter Find Closure as They Finalize Their Divorce

"At the end of the day, we're still family."

After enduring more than their fare share of marital problems, Sierra and Shooter are ready to begin a new chapter in their lives that doesn't include being married to each other. The estranged spouses met to sign on the dotted line of their divorce papers while offering each other some closure. Sierra's main concern is staying cordial for the sake of their kids. Shooter feels he owes his soon-to-be ex-wife an apology for his part in their split.

One of the reasons for their split, of course, is Shooter's pattern of infidelity which might have resulted in him having a two-year-old child with a mistress. Even though the DNA test on that child is still to be determined, Sierra believes their problems are well beyond that. "It really doesn't matter if Shooter is the dad to that other child or not," she explains. "This marriage hasn't been right for a long time. There's no doubt in my mind that this divorce was the right decision for both of us."

As they both put their signatures on the document, Sierra looks gleeful and weightless. The newly single woman wants her ex to live his best life, because she's intent on living hers. And that, my friends, is how you transition to living single, sexy and free!
