Ted is Furious That Jadah Popped Up at the Black Ink Retreat...Until She Reveals Why

Even though Jadah isn't technically a Black Ink employee anymore, the crew put the pettiness aside to be there for her in a crisis moment.

Since Ted abruptly fired Jadah from the shop for fighting with Tati, Donna has been going hard trying to get her friend and ex-roomie her job back. Ted already has a short fuse when it comes to Jadah constantly popping up even though she's been relieved of her duties. So when she pops up once again at their company retreat in New Jersey, he completely loses it. "Why the f**k you keep popping up?"

Jadah breaks down in tears revealing that she almost lost her life in a shooting just days ago. "I really just didn't want to be by myself," she explains, sobbing uncontrollably. Even though Jadah escaped the situation unharmed, her cousin was hit and is currently in the hospital recovering. Ted immediately regrets going off on Jadah, saying he feels like "the ultimate d*ckhead" for making her feel unwelcome. Knowing that Jadah could have easily lost her life puts things into perspective for Ted and everyone else. The group comes together for a team hug, and Ceaser comforts her with the reassurance that no matter what, she'll forever be part of the Black Ink family.
