Rich Dollaz can’t understand how Miracle, the mother of his daughter Ashley, got herself into such hot water. In this Love & Hip Hop New York sneak peek, Rich is doing everything he can to throw her a life raft.
After bailing her out of jail for shooting her husband, Rich is worried about Miracle and can’t understand how she ended up in this predicament. Her husband survived and did not press charges, but because of the nature of the crime, the state decided to forge ahead with the case. Rich says, “I feel so powerless right now because I never thought that this Christian woman who did such an amazing job raising my daughter could be in such hot water. This is really scary.”
After posting her bail, Rich goes to Mississippi to speak with Miracle about her case. When Miracle says that she is being represented by a public defender, Rich wonders why she didn’t come to him for help. Even though Rich is adamant that he wants to help her, Miracle says that she didn’t want to ask because he already paid for her bail. Now, it’s up to Rich to convince her that taking the plea (which is two years of probation) and ending up with a felony charge on her record, isn’t such a bad thing for her or her children.
Will Miracle listen to reason? Find out next week on Love & Hip Hop New York, Monday at 8/7c.
