The Game Teases New Album With Touching Tupac Tribute Pic

The Cali rapper's uses his idol Tupac to give fans the status of his new album.

Looks like The Game’s fans won’t be waiting too much longer for some new music.

The Cali rapper posted an update of his upcoming album,The Documentary 2, on his Instagram account while making a tribute to another legendary Cali MC, Tupac.

“Almost time to wrap this album,” Game captioned the photo of Pac looking at the ice on his wrist.

The Documentary 2 will be the sequel of his debut album, The Documentary, which dropped 10 years ago when he was still a member of 50 Cent’s rap group, G-Unit.

Back in June, Game spoke to Hot 97 about his much-anticipated project. “Dre is on the album,” the rapper admitted. “Dre played a big part in the album. So did Swizz Beatz.”

Other hitmakers that the She’s Got Game star revealed were also working on the album were Kanye West, Scott Storch, Timbaland, Mike WiLL Made-It and DJ Premier.
