The Most Anticipated Celebrity Weddings of 2015
Celebrities brought their wedding A-game in 2014. (It was the year Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie tied the knot, after all.) However, it looks like 2015 is shaping up to be just as epic. Check out these 10 celebrity weddings that are on our radar this year. (Fingers crossed it finally happens for Jennifer Aniston!)
Erica Mena and Shad Moss
The Love & Hip Hop star and the CSI: Cyber star are set to tie the knot this month. Moss revealed the date through Instagram in November.
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello
According to Access Hollywood via Us Weekly, the world's hottest couple is getting married sometime this fall. "It's going to be big," Vergara told Access Hollywood at the 2015 Screen Actors Guild Awards. "We started off with 20 [on the guest list], and now there's like pages and pages." We vote Manganiello ditch the suit idea and walk down the aisle in one of his Magic Mike get-ups. Yes, please.
Yandy and Mendeecees
The Love & Hip Hop stars will exchange vows on May 25. Even better, you can watch the nuptials as they happen on VH1 at 8 PM EST when we air Love & Hip Hop LIVE: The Wedding. (If you need to catch up on Yandy's pre-wedding adventures, head on over to LHHWedding.VH1.com after May 12 to watch six exclusive episodes.) Here's hoping the actual ceremony will be drama-free, unlike when Yandy and Mendeecees’ mother Judy clashed over the wedding invitations.
Nicky Hilton and James Rothschild
Page Six reports Hilton's wedding to the British banking heir is slated for July 10 in London, though the exact venue is unknown. The couple (ironically) met at a wedding in 2011.
Whitney Port and Tim Rosenman
While they haven't set a date yet, Glamour predicts the big day will go down in 2015. But one thing is certain: planning is in full swing. "I’m having a blast [planning my wedding]," Port told FashionNStyle.com. "The wedding is obviously so much just about the two of us sharing the rest of our lives together, but I’m a creative person and a visual person so I have a specific view of what I want it to be and look like. It’s fun to see my design aesthetic go into event planning instead of just fashion." "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield would be a fabulous wedding song, eh?
Jamie Chung and Bryan Greenberg
The beautiful couple will be getting married this fall, according to InStyle. Wedding planning is still in the works, including the quest for the perfect location. "We are leaning towards outdoors, but we're not completely settled on California," Chung told E! Online in August. "There are some amazing places in Wyoming…I just came back from a wedding in Jackson Hole and talk about a dream wedding…it was so beautiful, it's like a slice of heaven."
Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis
Wilde and Sudeikis got engaged in January 2013, but details on their wedding still remain hush-hush. (It has to be soon, right?!) The couple welcomed their son Otis last summer, and that seems to be their focus at the moment. “In many ways, a child is more of a commitment," Wilde told Glamour for its September 2014 issue. "We are fully committed and really happy as a family...I don’t feel any pressure to [plan the wedding]. But I think it will be really fun.”
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux
The couple has been engaged since 2012 but have yet to dish details on their nuptials. However, Aniston did tell InStyle in January that her fiancé and she are debating how they want to execute the big day. "There's a big discussion in our house right now: Do you just do it and say screw it? Or do you try desperately to get away with [a secret ceremony] where you don't have any fun because you're hiding in a cave somewhere?" Aniston said. "If we could do it without all the buzzing and the noise... It can be done. Where there's a will there's a way." How about a double Friends wedding with Courtney Cox and her fiancé Johnny McDaid?
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis
Although many thought the former That '70s Show co-stars tied the knot earlier this year, E! Online confirmed that a wedding is still "in the works." We can hardly wait, though we do have the couple's adorable daughter Wyatt (who they welcomed fall of last year) to tide us over. Literally the perfect family.
Eniko Parrish and Kevin Hart
The actor/comedian and model got engaged in August 2014. Although the couple told People in January they hadn't started planning the big day just yet, Hart spoke a different tune in March when he stopped by Live with Kelly and Michael. He told the co-hosts they have a budget, but he's leaving the planning to Parrish. “What man steps into that? I don’t want that headache,” Hart said. “You answer one question, and now you have to answer them all. That’s how you get trapped. ‘Honey, what kind of mugs do you want?’ If you answer one time, now you have to answer everything.” If you remember, Hart's August engagement came right as his ex-wife Torrei Hart's series Atlanta Exes premiered on VH1. Hart didn't give his first wife a head's up he was planning to pop the question, but she could see it coming. "I knew this was going to happen anyway, so it wasn’t a shock," she told us. "We can all move on."
