Y.U. Mad: Is Meek Mill REALLY Angry Because Of Nicki Minaj + Drake’s Flirtatious Past?

We've done some digging.

Last night, Twitter witnessed a meltdown of biblical proportions, during which Meek Mill ranted about Drake’s nonexistent writing skills. Although it was undoubtedly hilarious, we couldn’t help but wonder where the hell all this animosity came from. The two were cool at one point, with Drake even dropping a guest verse on Meek’s recent track, “R.I.C.O.” So when did things get sore?

We’ve done some digging and we think we have the answer. All of those tweets about Drake using ghostwriters may not have been about his rap-writing talent (or lack thereof) at all. Could head-over-heels Meek be feeling salty about all of the times his girlfriend Nicki Minaj and Drake got close before he entered the picture?

Drake has even professed his love for his Young Money/Cash Money label-mate on several different occassions- both in songs and interviews.

Some people on social media already think this is the case.

Take a look at our list of all of the times Drake and Nicki got extra close during the pre-Omeeka days. Could Nicki’s past be the reason for Meek’s Twitter tirade against Drizzy? You be the judge!

And then, all of these moments…and others that are too many to count.

It’s OK Meek. We understand.
