On His Worst Behavior: A List Of All The Rappers Who Have Beefed With Drake

And counting...

Rap beefs aren't new to Drake, as he's had himself quite a few since joining the music biz. Which is weird when you think about it, because he seems like such a chill dude.

With the public waiting on him to clap back at Meek Mill, let's do a rundown of all the rappers who've had issues with Drizzy.

Pusha T

Credited as being the very first rapper to ever publicly diss Drake, Pusha T subliminally fired shots at him on the song "Exodus 23:1." Drake later admitted that he was shocked and didn't know why Pusha came for him like that.

But before long, Drizzy came back with some fire of his own. At one of his concerts, the YMCMB rapper declared "If you was doing 16s when I was 16 and your sh-t still flopped and you switched teams, don't talk to me my n--ga." This beef has yet to be squashed.

Common

This multi-year feud started when Common called Drake soft in his song "Sweet." On the track, he rapped, "Singing all around me man, la la la/You ain’t mutha—-ing Frank Sinatra.”

Drake then responded with, “I might sing, but I ain’t no bitch. If Common got something to say, say it to my face.” Drizzy also dissed him on the track "Stay Schemin," only for Common to clap back at him on "Stay Schemin’ (Remix).” However, last year Common admitted that the reason for the beef was because of Drake's relationship with his ex, Serena Williams.

"It was the Drake-Serena situation," the Chicago MC said in an interview with VLAD TV. "I didn’t know what was going on with that. And I didn't know if he was throwing shots at me. My ex [Serena] and I we’re going our separate ways. So unfortunately, the war might have been over a girl, but at the time I never said that. It wasn’t totally that. It was more of, 'Do you respect me? 'Cause I actually like you as an artist.'"

Tyga

While being interviewed by VIBE, Tyga admitted that he and Drake had some bad blood between them. “I tend to distance myself from them [YMCMB] … I don’t really get along with Drake. I don’t really get along with Nicki,” adding, “I don’t like Drake as a person. He’s just fake to me.”

Drake retaliated by liking a number of Tyga's ex girlfriend Blac Chyna's Instagram photos. He also released the track "6 God" where he rapped, "I heard a lil lil homie talking reckless in Vibe/ Quite a platform you chose, you shoulda kept it inside/ Oh you tried, it’s so childish calling my name on the world stage/ You need to act your age and not your girl’s age." The last line is a reference to Tyga's rumored 17-year-old girlfriend, Kylie Jenner.

Jay Z

The "Headlines" rapper definitely made some when he threw shots at hip hop vet Jay Z while speaking with Rolling Stone magazine. “It’s like Hov can’t drop bars these days without at least four art references,” Drake said in the sit-down. “I would love to collect [art] at some point, but I think the whole rap/art world thing is getting kind of corny.”

Jigga man then shot back on a Jay Electronica record by rapping, "Sorry Mrs. Drizzy for so much art talk, silly me rappin' 'bout sh-t I really bought." And later on while commentating at a basketball game, Drake stated "Jay's probably off somewhere eating a fondue plate." That's when the Brooklyn Nets (previously owned by Hov), digitally placed a Nets jersey on Toronto Raptors fan Drizzy. Shade for days!

Ludacris

This beef started when Lucadris believed that many rappers were stealing his swag in their music. But Drake's statement to AllHipHop after the accusations added major fuel to the fire. “I don’t want to offend somebody. I hate that rappers picked that flow up. I wish they had left that for people that know how to use it. [They go like] It’s a parade! MACYS!”

Luda wasn't too happy with this insult and clapped back on his smash, "Bada Boom." He went in on Drake by rapping, “Counterfeit rappers say I’m stealing their flows / But I can’t steal what you never made up bitch / Y’all some duplicate rap cloning n—-s/ I manufacture you h–s put on your makeup B—h.” Luda continued, "Don’t be a coward like a n—a that used to be signed to be going on Twitter rants and s–t / N—a say it to my face.”

DMX

This feud was a bit on the funny side at first, as DMX decided to throw what seemed like random shade at Drake during his Breakfast Club interview. "I don't like anything about Drake," he said. "I don't like his voice, I don't like the sh-t he talks about, I don't like his face, I don't like the way he walks, I don't like his haircut, just nothing."

But later in another interview with MTV News, DMX revealed the reason reason he disliked Drake was because Drizzy took songs of late singer Aaliyah for himself and didn't include Timbaland and Missy Elliot in the process. The duo had always worked closely with the deceased star on her tracks. “How do you disregard what this woman did?" X told the press. "What this beautiful angel did and say, ‘Oh OK, I’m gonna take it for myself because I’m hot right now and I’m feelin’ myself.' How do you just go there with it? Your balls ain’t that big, son.”

Diddy

This feud got real. Back in Dec. 2014, Diddy felt a type of way after Drake made a version of a song that Puff had already recorded. Puff felt slighted, and when he saw Drake at LIV nightclub in Miami Beach, he yelled "You'll never disrespect me again!" and punched him.

Drizzy had to be taken to the ER because the shoulder punch aggravated a previous injury. Months later, on his track "Used To," many believed Drake took shots at Puff by rapping "Real quick man, you couldn't have hated that / Let's be real n--ga, you couldn't have made it that." It was later revealed that the track "0 to 100/ The Catch Up" was about this beef.

Meek Mill

Meek Mill came for Drake's head via Twitter when he called him out for not writing his own music. "Stop comparing drake to me, too...." he wrote,"He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out!"

Even though Drake has yet to officially respond, he did message his friend Hitman Holla after Holla told him that he's still got his back. “I signed up for greatness, this comes with it,” Drake said. Wise words.

Chris Brown

He's not technically a rapper, but we can't end this feud list without including Chris Brown! Tensions grew between the two after Drake began dating Rihanna after she broke up with CB (for the first time). The relationship didn't last, but they continue to be friends to this day—because who doesn't want to stay friends with Drake?

Unfortunately, things escalated so far that in June 2012, Drake allegedly threw bottles at Breezy and his entourage, causing several injuries. In an interview after the incident, Drake stated, "Stop preying on his insecurities. His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I'm more poppin' than him, and that at one point in life, the woman that he loves fell into my lap. I did what a real n--ga would do and treated her with respect, so she not up there talking down on me.... It shouldn't be about wanting to see me and him tear each other down. We have an issue and it's either gonna drag out or maybe in 10 years we'll laugh about it over drinks. Just let us solve that sh-t..."

At the 2014 EPSYs, it seemed to be all good in the hood when both artists came together and performed a hilarious skit for the award show's viewers. However, that love didn't last long when CB admitted in an interview early this year, "I don't mess with the dude, I'm not making any checks talking about this n--ga." The saga continues...
