Here's Are 15 Painful Reasons Why You Shouldn't Throw Things At Musicians Onstage

Fans throw way more than shade these days.

Recording artists aren't exactly thrilled when they have things hurled at them from their fans (and enemies). Can you blame them? It's not easy to get up onstage and try to win over a crowd of thousands. Trying to dodge iPhones, teddy bears, and lollipops definitely doesn't make their job any easier! Here's a list of some of the most "interesting" things that have been thrown at celebs mid-concert.

Justin Bieber

The Biebs has had a lot of things thrown at him in his day, but eggs take the cake. Maybe they inspired him to toss a few at his neighbor's house a short while later. Take Away: Don't do bad things to Justin if you don't want him to do the same things to other innocents.

J. Cole

It's a Cole world. Performing onstage in San Diego for his Forest Hills Drive tour, someone threw an iPhone directly at Cole, hitting him right in the forehead. Ouch! Being the chill dude he is, Cole brushed the incident off and shoved the phone in his pocket. Looks like the thrower will have to explain this ordeal when they ask their mama for a new phone. Take Away: If you want to stay on top of your selfie game, don't throw your phone at J. Cole.

Lil Wayne

"Before I get started, somebody threw a motherf---ing beer at me," Weezy said after alcohol was thrown at him by a show attendee earlier this year. And just a few months later, the YMCMB rapper had a cup thrown by his father figure, Birdman! Where's the love? Take Away: Don't thrown alcohol at Weezy if you don't want to be suspected of conspiring to kill him at a later date.

Adam Lambert

This guy sure does have some freaky fans. Lambert has confessed that his fans enjoy throwing sex toys at him. At one show, he was even hit with dildo. We wonder if it was vibrating when it was tossed? Inquiring minds want to know. "I got some glow-in-the-dark handcuffs. It's really getting creative. It's exciting. I think they really want me to play with these toys during the number," he admitted to E!. Take Away: Save the kinky stuff for your partner, not an American Idol.

David Bowie

This was no laughing matter. While performing for a crowd of music lovers, David Bowie had a lollipop thrown at him. It sounds harmless, but it got suck between his eyeball and eyelid! If that's not a reason to say no to throwing, we don't know what is. Take Away: Don't throw things with sticks if you don't want to blind rock legends.

Lady Gaga

After a night of turning up in Australia, Lady Gaga was the victim of some cruel party-goers and had eggs thrown at her as she left a nightclub. In another instance, the singer had sausage thrown at her, a critique for her weight gain. Why are her haters so obsessed with omelets? Take Away: Do like your mom taught you and finish your breakfast. Don't throw it away.

One Direction

Poor lads. One Direction has had a plethora things thrown at them over the years, including shoes, bras, and bottles...but tampons? Yep, that's right folks. Female menstrual tools now have a new job— hitting Harry Styles in the eye. Take Away: Males don't want tampons, so keep them away.

Kanye West

While performing in Dublin, Kanye West stopped performing to check the person that thought it was a smart idea to toss a coin his way. "Don't throw no hard shit up here while we're performing, seriously. You f---ed it up for everybody. I was having a perfect show, flawless victory. Don't throw no shit on the stage, please." Take Away: West isn't your lucky pond.

Lupe Fiasco

Chi-town's own Lupe Fiasco ended a show abruptly when a woman in the audience thought she was attending a talent show and started throwing tomatoes at the star. The crowd wasn't too happy, of course. But maybe next time, audience members with fruit should eat them instead of flinging them at people they paid money to see. That makes sense. Take Away: Don't waste your dough.

Cher Lloyd

Former X Factor contestant Cher Lloyd had a horrible experience onstage, as well. While singing, the then 19-year-old had a urine-filled bottle aimed at her. Distraught, she quickly left the stage only to regain her composure and return to finish her set. Take Away: Pee hurts feelings.

Akon

A while back, a teenage heckler threw a bottle at Akon during a performance. Akon's response to the disrespect? Pick the kid up and throw him offstage! The singer was later fined $350 for the incident and had to complete 65 hours of community service. But wait, there's more! The "Lonely" singer threw a second person of his stage, just a mere days before he was discovered that he would be tried for the first incident. Take Away: Don't throw things at Akon unless you want to get dropped.

Tyga

Tyga was all the way turnt when he started yelling at someone that threw something at him onstage. "Meet me outside!" the rapper shouted in the club. Eventually things calmed down a bit and he continued on performing his hit "Rack City"... angrily, that is. Take Away: Tyga's roar is real.

Pitbull

Pitbull plays no games when is comes to his money. But when someone else's money is being thrown at him, that's an issue. As Mr. 305 performed in Colorado, a fan decided to make it rain on the rapper. Pitbull then reacted by knocking the guy out flat with a punch to the face. Take Away: Pitbull is not your stripper.

Trey Songz

Trey Songz also stopped singing to the ladies in his audience when a hating man throw an object his way. Songz G-checked the cornball (most likely mad that Trey has all the ladies going crazy and he didn't) and then continued successfully for the rest of the set. Take Away: Learn how to sing to get ladies like Trey.

Rihanna

Not one to take things laying down, Rihanna confronted some of her concert-goers when they threw food and gifts at the star. "I wanna get your gifts, but I don't want you to knock my people out before we do this s--t," she continued. "I swear to God! Cut that s--t out" Riri protested. Take Away: Use FedEx to deliver gifts, Navy members.
