Justin Bieber Surprised A Fan By Throwing Her The Quinceañera She Never Had

Justin Bieber revealed yesterday in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that he has new music on the way in the form of "What Do You Mean?" The song is aptly titled, as Justin said in the interview that he doesn't know what the hell women mean when they say something, so the song is literally a life question he's facing.

Despite claiming to not understand women, the Biebs recently changed a girl named Ashley's life by throwing her a surprise quinceañera.

The Biebs rolled up with multiple dresses for Ashley to choose from, and surprise threw her the quinceañera she never got to have. He then presented her with a shopping spree pass from RetailMeNot, and SPUN her on the dance floor while SINGING TO HER. And KISSED HER HAND!

Sweet baby Biebs, do you really not know what women want? Because that is pretty much exactly it. I'm confused now as to what YOU mean 'cause you really seem to get it, you know?
