Usquaebach Has Your Cocktail for the Weekend

Any cocktail with "summer" in the name is bound to be amaze.

Summer means vacation time. So take your mind to the traditional Scottish Highlands with Usquaebach whisky, and enjoy the lavish taste of sweet spices and citrus tang with the Summer Smuggler.

Here's what you need and how to make it:

  • 1 oz Usquebach Reserve

  • 1 oz Contrato Bianco (or Lillet Blanc)

  • 1 oz (quality) dry vermouth (La Quintinye Vermouth Royal)

  • Dash of orange bitters

  • Lemon twist for garnish

    • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, and stir until very cold. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Rim the glass with the lemon twist, drop into the drink and serve.
