What Does Nas Do When He Sees An Enemy At The Grammys?

Watch out haters!

What's an interview like between a famous rockstar and an OG emcee? Legendary. It's Dave Grohl asking what a rapper does when he sees one of his enemies at the Grammys. And Nas explaining that you've got to stand by your word. Sounds about right.

Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl makes fun of Coldplay, but he'd "never say it out loud." That's the difference between rocker vs. hip-hop beef, Dave. Do you apologize when you see the guys at the Grammys? "Ummm no," said Nas. "Once you say it you gotta ride with it." But this Sunday Nas won't be thinking about any beefs when he wins (yes, we're predicting a win for "Cherry Wine") his first Grammy. In his nearly 20 year career Nas has been nominated a whopping 18 times, including the four for 2012's Life Is Good. David nearly collapses from shock at the number of nominations. Like us, Nas wants the Recording Academy to televise more of the hip-hop category wins. "It's cool. I feel it could be a little bit more love though," he said. "Hip-hop is making a lot of noise. It should get some more spotlight."

E should consider Grohl as a permanent stand in. A legend to legend conversation in lieu of the flirting, stereotyping and race-baiting Chelsea Lately does tickled our fancy. Now all we need is for Nas to bring home the W on Sunday.
