Pharrell Williams’ fiance, Helen Lasichanh, took a tumble when exiting the Costume Institute Ball hosted by Vogue. She went down on the cobble street, exposing her nipple in the process. Either she was seriously drunk or those heels did not serve her well. Either way, it’s one way NOT to exit the fashion event.
