  • It looks like hip hop producer Jermaine Dupri is in a financial bind. While getting a bank loan in 2010, Dupri had to use the rights to his record label’s hits as collateral. He’s failed to pay back the full amount of the loan and the fate of So So Def’s catalog is in limbo. [TMZ]
