If there's one thing Ms. Cyrus wants people to take away from her new single, it's a message of freedom. "We can love who we want. I'm really free about the way I feel and who I am," she says. Cyrus is quick to add that she makes music for herself now, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want her music to connect with others. "I want to make this song the biggest song in the world."
