Alex Winter’s film Downloaded has been lauded since it hit the festival circuit at SXSW earlier this year. And now, the VH1 Rock Doc is headed to theaters across the country.
The movie, which chronicles Napster and the digital music revolution, opens in New York this Friday, June 21 and hits Los Angeles on June 28. Director Alex Winter will attend those screenings, along with others in select cities throughout the summer.
Downloaded marks a groundbreaking partnership between VH1 and AOL.
