  • Mariah Carey posted a tweet telling fans that she isn’t dropping her LP on July 23 as previously announced. The singer didn’t confirm a new date for The Art Of Letting Go, but assured fans that it’ll definitely be hot when it hits stores. [MTV]
  • Help!, the Beatles’ memorable second film, is now available through digital release on iTunes. The 1965 romp features some of the Fab Four’s well-known songs, including “Ticket To Ride,” “The Night Before,” and the title track. [iTunes]
  • Fat Joe has been sentenced in federal court for failing to pay taxes. The rapper is due to serve four months in prison. [New York Times]
  • Songs from Tupac Shakur’s catalog are set to be featured in a Broadway musical. With work already beginning on Holler If Ya Hear Me, the production could open as soon as the 2013-14 season. [Rolling Stone]
