Demi Lovato Recalls Her Worst National Anthem Experience

Yesterday, Demi Lovato told us about her stirring performance singing the "Star-Spangled Banner" at an NFL game Thanksgiving 2008. But of course, she does have a national anthem memory that she finds less favorable.
During last year's World Series, Demi says her head just wasn't in the game and feels she didn't give her all when she stepped up to sing. Maybe the pop singer is just her own harsh critic, because we know she rocked it.
And Demi is definitely going to bring it at the 2013 Philly 4th Of July Jam, when she joins other performers including The Roots, Jill Scott, and many more. VH1 is bringing viewers all the live action from Philadelphia's holiday concert, starting Thursday, July 4 at 8 p.m. ET.
