BREAKING: Justin Timberlake + Macklemore Top 2013's 'Video Music Awards' Nominations! (Complete List)

The MTV Video Music Awards air live from Barclays Center on Sunday, August 25th at 9pm ET/PT, and starting today, you can have an impact on who enters the winner's circle. That's right, the VMA polls are officially open!

Justin Timberlake already has 7 VMA wins under his belt, but for newcomers Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, tying the 20/20 Experience crooner with 6 nominations to lead the pack is no small feat. Other big VMA nods include Bruno Mars with 5 nominations, and P!nk, Robin Thicke, Miley Cyrus and 30 Seconds to Mars with 3 nominations each. In case you're looking for the “Best New Artist” category, it's been re-named “Artist to Watch,” and outside of that super-green group of artists, other first-time VMA nominees include Kendrick Lamar, Lana Del Ray, The Weeknd and Capital Cities. Performances have yet to be announced, but one can only hope that there will be scandalous a moment like A$AP and Rihanna's from last year!

But enough of the past. MTV already announced that winners of their VMA categories will take home a limited-edition KAWS Moonman in honor of the VMAs taking place in Brooklyn for the first time ever, but which artists made the cut for this year's nominations and might actually get their hands on the swanky new trophy?

Take our poll for Video of the Year below and then hit the next page for the full list of nominees! Get prepared to vote your butts off until the the polls close on August 12th at 6pm ET (except for Artist to Watch, which remains open on MTV's Facebook page until the show airs), because y'all: there's no sleep 'til Brooklyn!
