A gold truck hit the streets of Los Angeles yesterday, with huge letters telling the world that Katy Perry's upcoming LP will be released October 22. We're hoping that Prism ends up as the finalized name of the album, mostly because it just sounds cool. [Perez Hilton]

It looks like we won't see DJ Khaled and Nicki Minaj bound by matrimony. Nicki chuckled about the video proposal from the hit producer, saying it was more about promoting their new track that also features Future and Rick Ross. Well played. [MTV]
