Battle Of The Summer Jams: Jay Z Vs Kanye

Summer is almost over and we are nearing the end of the Battle Of The Summer Jams. But before we determine the ultimate winner, we need to put Jay Z and Kanye West to the test. This week, we are putting the two rappers up against each other since both put out albums earlier this summer. But will one dominate the other like Imagine Dragons destroyed Major Lazer? It's up to you to decide.

Jay Z, "Holy Grail (featuring Justin Timberlake)"

On the first single from Magna Carta, Jay Z samples Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit." What initially sounds like a disaster turns out to be a solid jam that successfully utilizes JT's silky vocals and Jay's signature rhyming style.

Kanye West, "Black Skinhead"

Kanye goes dark with the first single from his new album, Yeezus. This is definitely the album's best track, which he debuted on SNL and was later used in The Wolf Of Wall Street trailer. If Leo DiCaprio can jam to it, so can you.
