Emeli Sandé is one of the featured acts that will be performing live at the first ever You Oughta Know In Concert, which will be livestreaming exclusively on VH1.com on Monday, November 11, and then airing again in glorious HD on VH1 on Thursday, November 21. The 26-year-old British megatalent has drawn comparisons to Beyoncé and Alicia Keys, and is currently in the midst of recording her follow-up to 2012's Our Version Of Events, which catapulted Sandé into international stardom.

Sandé was only one year away from getting a degree in medicine from the University of Glasgow when she ditched her studies in order to record her debut album. When Our Version Of Events dropped in the UK in February of 2012, it went on knock Adele's 21 out of the #1 spot on its way to selling over 1.2 million copies. Along the way, she broke a record that was previously held by The Beatles (!!!) for the Most Consecutive Weeks A Debut Album Spent In The UK Top 10. That's pretty prestigious company, wouldn't you say?

Sandé went on to win the WORLD over when she performed as part of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2012 Summer Olympics held in London. She's truly one of the world's most promising young musicians, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her be part of VH1's You Oughta Know family.

You Oughta Know In Concert will be livestreaming on VH1.com this Monday, November 11 beginning at 8PM/5PT. No tickets for this event will be on sale to the general public, but you can be entered to win tickets just by posting to Instagram!
