2013 will go down in history as the Year of Miley Cyrus! Miley spearheaded more than a "Movement" this year; she sparked a pop culture revolution. Whether she was shocking us on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards, pushing the envelope with Terry Richardson, or getting us to twerk all night in the music video for "We Can't Stop," one thing's for sure: we never stopped talking about Miley.

Miley was strangely radio silent at the start of 2013, but then again, it was probably just the calm before the Miley storm. She first hit the tabloids when it was revealed that her then fiance, Liam Hemsworth, had been seen canoodling with January Jones at an Oscar party and then in April she collaborated with Snoop Lion on "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks."

It wasn't until she dropped the music video for "We Can't Stop," that Miley made her move. Ironically, she hasn't stopped making headlines since her infectious party anthem hit the airwaves.

Since then we've witnessed her twerking on teddy bears, Robin Thicke and even Santa Claus. She's swung naked on giant wrecking ball and shown us pretty much everything her mom and dad gave her.

However, 2013 wasn't entirely filled with victories for the 21-year-old pop diva. Her parents officially filed for divorce, she broke up with the love of her life, Liam Hemsworth, and her house was burglarized on her birthday!
