Ben Lovett Supports The Invisible Children Project By Designing An Exclusive T-Shirt

Over the course of just two albums, VH1 You Oughta Know artist Mumford & Sons have earned themselves a well-deserved spot in the "Who's the biggest rock band in the world?" conversation. The group's decision to "take a considerable amount of time off" before returning to the studio to record their next album notwithstanding, the group is not just sitting around on their couches playing Xbox One during their downtime. Multi-instrumentalist Ben Lovett, for example, recently introduced tourmates HAIM at the VH1 You Oughta Know In Concert special, and he's also been working hard to get the word out about the Invisible Children charity.

As you can see in the video above, Ben first learned of Invisible Children after receiving a Facebook message from one of his fans directing him towards the video you'll see below. (Just a heads-up, you're going to cry when you watch this video, so just be prepared...)

In addition to raising awareness about Invisible Children through song, Ben designed the t-shirt you'll see above as a way to raise money for the group. It's emblazoned with a phrase that one of Ben's friends told him over a pint once: "If you have everything but don't have love, you have nothing. If you have nothing but you have love, you have everything."

You can pick up this t-shirt this holiday season by visiting shop.invisiblechildren.com.
