Last night's annual installment of the Grammy Awards was a big night for VH1 You Oughta Know alums and the phrase "get lucky." Sexy marrieds Beyoncé and Jay Z embraced the public eye enough to show off some Carter family cuteness, while Queen Latifah married 33 couples to the sounds of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Same Love." But is that really all that went down?

Thanks to social media, stars were keeping us informed on some of the wackier Grammy moments happening inside the Staples Center, as well as their very own pre-show rituals. Who knew Miguel and Kacey Musgraves were pals, or that the "Adorn" signer had such a good understanding of proper makeup lighting? Miguel may have lost out in both of the categories in which he was nominated, but his after show itinerary was fit for a winner.

We now know that Taylor Swift's surprise face need proper rehearsal time, and Katy Perry may or may not be the type of girl to box you out during a wedding reception. Typically an award show without Drake, Lil Wayne or Nicki Minaj would be lacking in seated side-eye and onstage antics, but thankfully Birdman and Paris Hilton (yes, that Paris Hilton) were on hand to represent for their crew. And despite all the accolades--four Grammy Awards and a boatload of Twitter mentions--Macklemore really wanted Kendrick Lamar to know he thinks good kid, m.A.A.d city was a better album than The Heist (and for his fans to know he has Kendrick's REAL number). Now that that's been handled, maybe he can go back to responding to his thousand of unread messages?
