Justin Bieber Responds To DUI Arrest By Comparing Himself To Michael Jackson

It's not the first time that Bieber has been so bold as to compare himself to Jackson. But unlike Katy Perry and Beyoncé, he has yet to acquire the chart success or stage presence to legitimize these claims. Bieber also captioned this photo with "What more can they say," which either means he's shaky on the lyrics to a cut from Jay Z's The Black Album, or he's fed up with the media scrutiny his latest incident has gotten him. (I'm sure MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell really didn't want to talk about your story either, Justin, but we all have bills to pay.) But, Lil Bieb may have a right to fire back. TMZ reports that Bieber's blood alcohol level at the time of the incident was .014, not .04 as police originally reported on Thursday. (The legal limit is .08.) Pair this with Miami's reputation for faulty po-lice, and Team Bieber might have found just the loophole they'd hoped to gain in order to paint their boy as innocent. Or, at least as less stupid than he originally seemed.
