Hollywood pulled out all the stops for The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute To The Beatles, netting music's best and brightest to come out and pay tribute to the 50-years of the Fab Four by playing some of their most iconic songs. Although the telecast doesn't air until February 9th (a half-century after they famously made their American debut on The Ed Sullivan Show), the show taped last night at the LA Convention Center. If the guest list and photos are any indication, it's going to be an historic night of television jam packed with unmissable performances!

"What can I say about this evening, it's just amazing," Sir Paul McCartney told the crowd, with band-mate Ringo Starr by his side. "At first when I was asked to do the show, I was wondering if it was the right thing to do. Was it seemly to tribute yourself? But I saw a couple of American guys who said to me, 'You don't understand the impact of that appearance on the show on America.' I didn't realize that." Even though it's over a week away, we're holding our breath for some of the killer performances, one-of-a-kind duets, and touching reunions. Head up to the gallery above to see the sets we're the most excited about!
