Who came up with the idea of Jay Z's "99 Problems?" Ariana Grande takes a tumble, and the Backstreet Boys may be taking a major guest on their next tour.

Don't call it a name change. Sean Combs, most recently known as Diddy, is taking us back to his `90s days by becoming Puff Daddy again. It appears the hip-hop mogul is releasing a new single under his resurrected moniker, reminding us that he can't stop, won't stop. [The Guardian]

Ariana Grande apparently took a nasty spill and actually got injured pretty badly. The singer slipped on a puddle of her dog's urine, slammed into a wall, and broke three toes. Ouch! [Idolator]
