Scottish synth pop band CHVRCHES is VH1's You Oughta Know artist for the entire month of April, but we got them to open up about their tour habits, favorite music videos and more in less than 60 seconds. That's right. We got CHVRCHES to spill the beans in our speed interview.

CHVRCHES was formed when three talented Glaswegian musicians (Iain Cook, Martin Doherty and Lauren Mayberry) joined forces for a few demos that quickly exploded in popularity online and amongst alternative music circles. The band released their debut album, The Bones Of What You Believe, last year and are poised to conquer 2014.

VH1 News sat down with CHVRCHES to get the inside scoop on the band. It turns out that they prefer vinyl to digital, can't live without coffee on tour and the most Scottish thing about the band is Doherty's ginger beard. The band also revealed that their favorite music video of all time is Michael Jackson's seminal "Thriller" and that they're more apt to go to bed or play video games after a show than rage until dawn.

If you want longer than a minute with CHVRCHES, never fear. Visit chvrches.vh1.com all month long for exclusive content and more information on April's You Oughta Know artist.
