Many singers have gone back to the classroom and lived out their good school girl gone bad fantasies in their music videos. We’ve seen ladies channel their inner naughty school girl, ripping off the plaid skirts and ties and definitely risking a detention. In P!nk’s “Don’t Let Me Get Me” we get an up close and personal look inside the locker room, and in Bon Jovi’s “Runaway” a school girl in a white button up uniform unknowingly becomes part of a wet t-shirt contest.
Missy Elliot and Gwen Stefani skip the books to shake it with school girls wearing almost-there skirts, while the Red Hot Chili Peppers come right out and tell us why they think “Catholic School Girls Rule.” But perhaps the most iconic school girl video vixens were Alicia Silverstone and Liv Tyler in Aerosmith’s “Crazy” video. Who knew playing hooky meant strip clubs and skinny dipping? Take a look at the videos that make us seriously consider going back to school.
Aerosmith – “Crazy” (1994)
Alicia Silverstone and Liv Tyler live out every male fantasy in “Crazy.” They go from horny schoolgirls to strippers, have half naked pillow fights and top it all off with a naked, splashy almost-threesome in a pond. Is it weird that Steven Tyler’s daughter is the one stripping in the video while singing her dad’s lyrics? Crazy, huh?
Jenn Bocian – “Don’t Love You” (2011)
We strongly suspect that we would’ve done much better in school if teachers looked like Jenn Bocian. How many of you are reconsidering going back to the classroom after watching this?…
Van Halen – “Hot For Teacher” (1983)
By showing school teachers ripping off their clothes and dancing in undergarments on desks, Van Halen gave false hope to adolescent boys everywhere.
Britney Spears – “Baby One More Time” (1998)
The Queen of Pop made her iconic debut dancing provocatively in a Catholic school girl outfit. At that moment, we knew we would love her forever.
Bon Jovi – “Runaway” (1984)
School girl runs away (you would’ve never guessed, right?) and in comes the slow motion and rain. So perverted and yet poetic at the same time.
t.A.T.u – “All The Things She Said” (2002)
Two school girls are wet, making out and cuddling in the rain. Needless to say, no dudes were harmed in the making of this video.
Missy Elliot – “Gossip Folks” (2002)
If breaking into synchronized song and dance with Missy, Eve and Tweet were a class, we would never want to leave high school. Especially in the coolest and sassiest uniforms ever.
Nirvana – “Smells Like Teen Spirit” (1991)
The best after school activity we could ever think of would be rocking out with Nirvana in the basement. Did you catch the cheerleaders with scarlet A’s on their chests? Naughty, naughty!
P!nk – Don’t Let Me Get Me (2001)
While P!nk complains about being an outcast, many have enjoyed watching her fellow schoolmates walk around almost naked in the locker room.
Night Ranger – “Sister Christian” (1983)
If you haven’t realized already, the school girl theme was executed by many frisky bands in the ’80s, but Night Ranger perhaps kept their video vixen stars the most clothed of them all. Where’s the fun in that?
Drake – Best I Ever Had (2009)
Tryouts for the school girls on Drake’s high school basketball team consisted of giving your bra size. That’s it.
Red Hot Chili Peppers – “Catholic School Girls Rule” (1985)
RHCP show us that Catholic school girls mosh. They hula hoop. They pass naughty notes. Yup, they can get pretty crazy.
Gwen Stefani – Hollaback Girl (2005)
The amount of sexy schoolgirls, cheerleaders and marching band members in this video is bananas. B-A-N-A-N-A-S.
Kiss Kiss – Chris Brown ft. T-Pain (2007)
Only girls in belly shirts, tight jeans and short shorts enroll to Chris Brown’s school. The modern day school girl, if you will.
