Ever since Diddy's fierce female creation Danity Kane hit the music scene after Making the Band nearly 10 years ago, we've learned how to be independent, get what we want and do things that the girls don't do. With their hit "Damaged" they taught us that while we're not busy show-stopping, it's okay to break down your walls and be vulnerable, too. But above all else: never apologize for being your damn fabulous self. With the help of the gorgeous group, you'll see that finding Mr. Right is a piece of cake! And after following these steps, who wouldn't want a piece of you?

Play hard to get.

It's human nature to want what's unattainable. That said, you don't need to go to extremes like being in a constantly moving car to get the guy. But if he sees you have your own life and don't necessarily need him in it, he'll be eating out the palm of your hand and chasing after you on the freeway in no time.

Be upfront.

It's normal to have some baggage. The test is how he deals with it. If he accepts it and wants to help you through it or make you think differently about love, you'll know he's a ride or die kinda dude who likes you for you, regardless of the douchebag that hurt you before.

Any guy should "love the you you love" (props, Carrie Bradshaw). Like any of these ladies would change their flawless selves to try impressing a guy? Psh, yeah right. They wouldn't dare and you shouldn't either.

"I want him to want to send me flowers." They think differently than girls do, and by differently we mean mostly with their penises. So while you should give your guy the benefit of the doubt, sometimes you may need to give him a little nudge, or a vocabulary lesson, to get your point across.

Your puppy dog eyes are a secret weapon.

Men are very visual creatures. Don't underestimate the power of a little sexy puppy pout to get what you want from him. You have those fabulous falsies for a reason, so use 'em (but don't abuse 'em), girl.

Ask questions you want answers to.

After being upfront with him about any issues that may get in between the two of you, make sure he knows what to do and that he's worth sticking around for so you don't waste your time. A leopard doesn't change its spots, so if you're not getting the response you want to hear from him, it might be best to bounce.

Let your girls back you up.

You may be reluctant about letting your ladies intervene if you have an issue with your guy, but it's unlikely any dude would want to mess with that.
