Jewel Admits She’s A Science Buff On 'Big Morning Buzz Live'

Singer Jewel has come a long way since ruling the charts in the `90s. She’s still going strong, as fans found out during her interview on today’s Big Morning Buzz Live.

The Alaska native recently partnered with the American Lung Association to educate women about lung cancer. Sales from Jewel’s latest song, “Sing On,” will go toward battling the disease.

However, when the singer isn’t saving the world, she takes time out for her fans. During today’s interview, Jewel chatted with the crowd in Times Square, answering questions about which celebs people mistake her for and which songs on the radio she wishes she'd written. She also told us which trivia category she'd win, revealing that she's always been into science. Well, we knew Jewel was a genius, so we're not surprised.
