In October of 2002, Clarkson made Billboard Hot 100 history by being the first American Idol contestant to hit number one.

Clarkson kept up her momentum on her next album, Breakaway, with hit number two. "Since U Been Gone" peaked at number two on Billboard Hot 100.

"My Life Would Suck Without You" (2009 )
