Monique West's paternity case against DMX exploded into a defamation lawsuit when he accused her of raping him in his sleep. As he told Sister 2 Sister magazine in a 2006 interview, there was no way that he would consciously sleep with such an ugly woman. "If I did [have sex with her], I would remember. According to TMZ, 21-year-old Rymir Satterthwaite is claiming that his mom and Jay got together in the early '90s (A.K.A., the Pre-Bey age). The suit alleges that the rap mogul is now intentionally blocking Satterthwaite's attempts at a paternity test by submitting fraudulent information to the courts. In fact, the family's accusations first began in 2010, when their efforts to force Jay into a paternity test proved unsuccessful. The case was eventually dismissed by a New Jersey judge and thrown out of court.
Currently, the only evidence Satterthwaite can offer about his rap royalty linage are videos showing off his flow. Somebody get Maury on the phone, quick!
