Man Spends Over $100,000 On Plastic Surgery To Look Like '80s-Era Madonna

There are superfans, and then there are SUPERFANS. It's safe to say that 31-year-old Adam Guerra is a Madonna SUPERFAN. Which is why he's dropped $116,000 to get plastic surgery to look like '80s-era Madge. In addition to the 18 operations, he's also spent another $100,000 on clothes befitting a Pop Queen.

Guerra recently appeared on the TLC reality show My Strange Addiction to open up about his series of transformative surgeries. "I've have my cheeks done, my jaw done, my chin done, I've had botox...I mean, half of my face is fake," he says. And now he has plans for butt implants on the horizon. But he travels the world as a professional Madonna impersonator, so at least he's making it pay. Watch his full story in the video above.
