Sam Smith’s Health Regimen Lost Him 14 Pounds In Two Weeks: Find Out How!

Sam Smith has been kicking your ass in the health game and you didn’t even know it. Smith lost 14 pounds over the past two weeks, according to People, which is the same weight as, like, a baby and a half. Or, to use the metric measurement and Sam Smith’s words, it’s “over a stone.”

Losing 14 pounds in two weeks sounds like the kind of result promised by a diet of water, air, and an occasional carrot, but Smith credits his weight loss to a healthy lifestyle inspired by nutritionist Amelia Freer. Smith met Freer three weeks ago, and she’s since impacted his health regimen in the best way possible.

It seems as though Smith is really sticking to his resolution to live healthy. For example, he’s been hitting the gym.
