Chris Brown Almost Went To Jail, Gets Off of Probation Instead
Chris Brown is now a free man. After six long years and non-stop issues with the law, the court has officially taken him off of probation.
According to TMZ, the judge signed off on Brown beign released during a court hearing yesterday after turning down the notion of having him thrown in jail. If you recall, Brown's probation was revoked earlier this year due to his attendance during two nightclub shootings (San Jose and Pre-VMA party shooting), and the probation department releasing a statement saying that he has a knack for finding trouble.
But it was actually the glowing report from his probation officer, regarding Chris completing all of his community service, which helped persuade the courts decision. Ironic, huh? They also closed his 2009 assault cases against him beating Rihanna the night before the Grammys. Chris took to Twitter share his excitement.
Hopefully this is my last day in court..... Pray for me...????????????????????????????????????
