Channing Tatum Is Afraid Of Changing Diapers: We Have Found His One Flaw
Ahh, the joys and wonders of being a first-time parent: The adorable way the baby holds tight to your finger, the precious laughs and smiles, and of course, the fussing, the crying, and the pooping! Channing Tatum has just a few more months until he and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s welcome their bundle of joy this summer, and although he has prepped himself with the best baby books a first-time dad can have, there’s one thing this Magic Mike star is worried about: diaper duty.
"I have never changed a diaper before, so I may need some help learning," he confessed to People at the New York premiere of his newest movie Side Effects. "I don’t have friends who have kids, so it's going to be an interesting experience to learn how to change a diaper. I hope I don’t have any problems where the diaper falls off and the baby [poops] on the ground," he added. Well, Mr. Sexy Pants Channing, even though we love you and wish you all the best, we’re all secretly hoping there’s a camera to catch that moment if it happens!
But if we all know Channing, the 32-year-old piece of eye candy is nothing if not courageous, and he'll put the same intensity into diaper duty that he puts into acting. "Once the baby is born, I’ll definitely do the diaper changing. If it means touching the [poop] and getting peed on, I’ll still do it. I’m up for the challenge." We know the anxiety Channing must feel, so we thought we’d arm him with a few tips:
With fast reflexes and fearlessness paired with his charm, sexiness, and overall go-getting attitude, there’s no way Channing can fail. We wish you the absolute best on your future stinky endeavors!
