Keshia Knight Pulliam Talks Bikinis And Drama With Kendra Wilkinson On 'Splash'

Former Cosby kid Keisha Knight Pulliam stopped by our very own Big Morning Buzz Live today to give host Carrie Keagan the dirt on her new celebrity diving show, Splash! It sounds fairly simple (you just kinda fall, right?), but Keisha admitted it's harder than it looks, and the stress sometimes proved too much for fellow contestant Kendra Wilkinson.

The former Girl Next Door repeatedly sassed her coach, Olympian Greg Louganis. "Her and Greg bumped heads just a little bit," Keisha told Carrie. Apparently Greg thought that she was faking her fear of heights on the 10-meter board. Errr, we can safely say that it seems like a pretty healthy fear to us! "Kendra's dramatic in general, but she's such a sweetheart. So I'm sure it was a little power struggle of the wills. But it's scary!"

But it wasn't just the fear of heights that made it all so nerve wracking. It was also the occasional fear of the swimsuit. We leave our shirt on in the dang shower, so it can't be easy filming an entire show in a two-piece! "As a woman, I don't care how confident you are. That was one of those moments...." she admitted.

But she said she felt the need to set a good example for the young girls that attend her non-profit retreat, Camp Kizzy. "It's all about empowerment and self esteem," she says. "I tell my girls this all the time, so I have to live it, I have to be the example. I have to love and embrace myself for exactly who I am."
