Kevin Hart Arrested For DUI In California

Sadly, celebrities get busted for drinking and driving all the time. Yet Kevin Hart did something a little different when he was pulled over by LA cops early this morning: He straight up admitted that he was driving under the influence. We're not sure if that makes this whole story better or worse!

The comedian was clocked for nearly barreling headfirst into a gas tanker while speeding along Highway 101 at 4:30 this morning. According to TMZ, the arresting officer claimed Hart was "driving erratic," "going 90 MPH" and "almost collided with the gas tanker truck."

All in all, it sounds like a Looney Toons disaster waiting to happen, and we're so glad that it all worked out well. Well for everybody for Hart, that is. After showing "objective signs of intoxication" being "unable to perform field sobriety tests," he was hauled into jail until he posted a $5,000 bond for his misdemeanor charge.
