VH1's Do Something! Awards are returning Wednesday, July 31st at 8/7C to honor celebs who have given back to their communities. This year the ceremony will celebrate Jennifer Hudson, LL Cool J and more. Plus, the Awards will also acknowledge five 25-and-under do-gooders who are working hard towards creating significant change in our society. Now you can participate too by Doing Something postive...

All you have to do is flash a peace sign, hug a mom, recycle, share a handwritten message of hope and encouragement – get creative! Then snap a pic and share it to Instagram with the hashtag #UnselfishSelfie. For every photo submitted we'll donate $1 to the 2013 nominees -- up to $25,000!
