If there's one thing the Golden Globes never fails to deliver on, it is providing GIF-able moments. The awards show, which gathers film and TV stars in one room for a night of drinking, elbow-rubbing and inside jokes, always results in those "OMG," "WTF," and "Wait, did you see that?!" incidents that make for next-day chatter and, thanks to the Internet, viral moments. (And don't miss our round-up of the Golden Globes' funniest quotes and gaffes.)

This year, the stars kicked things off on the red carpet with middle fingers (thanks Mad Men's and GG winner Elisabeth Moss) and Jennifer Lawrence recreating her famous red carpet photobomb on unsuspecting victim, Taylor Swift. Things then moved into the live broadcast with c0-hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler leading the comedy charge. However, things weren't all fun and games. Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin took the award for "most bored couple at an award show" recalling the time Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie showed up to celebrate The Tourist's noms. Then there were those sexy moments provided by Chris Pine's new beard and Idris Elba.

BONUS GIF: Our red carpet team caught this crazy moment look at Emma Thompson flying through the red carpet:

All in all, there were plenty of great moments that the Internet captured in all its glory. (Thanks Tumblr!)
