Miles Levy, James Franco's former manager, has been sued by his own firm, with claims that the manager bilked his client out of millions. The manager allegedly charged James a 15 percent fee for years, while only paying 10 percent to the actual firm. Miles may have also used the actor's credit card for purchases. [TMZ]
